LL persons are hereby cautioned against nego-
tiating or dealing with one Promissory Note for
the sum of £50, dated the 14th February, 1877, and
payable three months after date, drawn by John S.
Capstick in favour of E. C. Morgan; also a Bill of
Exchange for the sum of £50, drawn by the said
E. C. Morgan and accepted by the said John S.
Capstick, and bearing date the 14th day of February,
1877, payable four months after date, and both made
payable at the Bank of Australasia, Wanganui, both
the same being accommodation bills, the said J. S.
Capstick not holding himself responsible for the
same.

NOTICE is hereby given, that any Partnership
which at any time prior to the ninth day of June
last may have subsisted between John Gibson Kinross,
of Port Ahuriri, Hawke's Bay; Andrew Graham, of
Gisborne, Poverty Bay, Auckland; and William
Guthrie Maitland, of Dunedin, Otago, was dissolved
on the said ninth day of June last by mutual consent;
and that any Partnership which may have subsisted
between them at any time on or subsequent to that
day was dissolved on the fourteenth day of June last,
by the death of the said William Guthrie Maitland.
As witness the hands of the said John Gibson Kin-
ross and Andrew Graham in their own right, and of
James Pillans Maitland and Edmund Peel Kenyon as
Trustees and Executors of the said William Guthrie
Maitland.

In the matter of the Voluntary Winding-up of the
Golconda Gold Mining Company Limited, and
in the matter of "The Joint Stock Companies
Act, 1860."

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a General Meet-
ing of the Shareholders of the Golconda Gold
Mining Company (Limited), held at the office
of the Company, Shortland Street, next Post
Office, Auckland, on the 28th day of February,
1877, a Special Resolution was passed that the Gol-
conda Gold Mining Company (Limited) be volun-

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Nil Desperandum Quartz Mining
Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act;
1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Nil Desperandum
    Quartz Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Inangahua, in the Province
    of Nelson.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-three
    thousand pounds, in twenty-three thousand shares of one
    pound each; of which the sum of eleven thousand five hun-
    dred pounds, or ten shillings per share, is agreed to be con-
    sidered as paid up.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-three
    thousand.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up as above is £11,500.
  8. The name of the Manager is Louis Davies.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
