NOTICE has been received from the Inspector of
Sheep for the East Coast District that he has
granted clean certificates for the following flocks,
viz.,-
Rev. J. C. ANDREW, JCA, Sugar Loaf Flock,
about 4,200; dated 19th February, 1877.
J. V. SMITH, Mataikona River Flock, about
9,000; dated 21st February, 1877. Wether
Flock, about 5,000; dated 22nd February,
1877.
Dr. M. S. GRACE, Oahunga, Sand Hills Flock,
about 3,200; dated 21st February, 1877.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister
within the meaning of the said Act is published for
general information:--
The Church of the Province of New Zealand,
commonly called the Church of England.

EVENING MAIL COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Meeting of the
Shareholders of the above Company will be
held on Monday, the second day of April next, at
the Mechanics' Institute, Oamaru, at 4 o'clock in
the afternoon, to confirm the Resolution arrived at
by the General Meeting of Shareholders held in the
said Mechanics' Institute on Friday, the second day
of March, authorizing the Directors to sell the said
Newspaper and Plant, and thereafter to wind up the
affairs of the Company.
Shareholders voting by proxy, and who have not
already deposited their proxies, are reminded that
they must deposit said proxies in the registered
office of the Company not later than forty-eight
hours previous to the Meeting.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between Philip
Moeller, Maurice Kaufman Samuel, and Thomas
James Ladd, carrying on business in Willis Street,
Wellington, as General Merchants, under the style
or firm of "Samuel, Ladd, and Co.," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent, Mr. T. J. Ladd retiring
from the firm.
The business will henceforth be carried on by
Philip Moeller and Maurice Kaufman Samuel, under
the style or firm of "Philip Moeller and Co.," by
whom all accounts will be received and paid.
