Schedule respectively; and that they desire that their respective claims should be investigated by the
Native Land Court, in order that Memorials of Ownership may be issued for the same. And the said
claimants admit the persons or hapus mentioned in the fourth column of the said Schedule to be also
interested in the said land.

Rihitoto Mataia, Pereniki Te Kokako, Timotiu Te Aumoana, and Wikiriwhi Hautonga Ngatitaharua, Ngatitamatera Waihou No. 1 West. The boundaries are shown on the map.

Parata Te Mapu, Ripeka Wiremu Turipona, and Maraki Parata Ngatimaru Rangiahua. Bounded on the South by the Owharau River; on the East by the Waihou River; on the North by the Turuakange Stream, and on the West by marks in the middle of the Turua Bush Mango.
Potae Te Pora, Witika Taha, and Pereniki Te Kokako Ngatihako Pohatutaka. Commences at the Katea Stream, and goes on to Te Wharetaingarape, Hararahi and Teetotara; thence along on the gold fields boundary, turns towards the West, and goes on to Te Punaamohi, and thence to the commencement Pakara Hanare, Paora liunga, and Te Pirihi Taha.
Miriama Konehu and Wikitoria Te Ngahue Ngatimaru Ngaromaki. Bounded on the North by the Tararu Creek; on the South by Te Pae Mountain; on the West by Crown grant land; and on the East by a range in the bush. The boundaries are shown on the map.
Riwai Te Kiore, Karaitiana Kihau, Mereni Te Kahu, Renata Koroa and others Ngatikawau Te Pirau. The boundaries are shown on the map.
Pakara Wiremu, Aperahama Tupou, and Potae Te Pora Ngatihako Motungaio. Commences on the Waihou side, and goes along towards the East to Te Awaapurau; turns towards the South and goes on to the Waihou River at Kaingahau, and along in that river to the commencement.
Ngatai, Pereniki Te Kokako, and Timotiu Te Aumoana Ngatitamatera, Ngatitaharua Okorako. Commences at Waihou on the south side of Whananaki, and goes on in an easterly direction to a swamp and Ratapai; turns towards the North and goes along in the Tana River; turns again and goes along in the Opukeko River to the Waihou River, and along in it to the commencement.
Pereniki Te Kokako, Pita Te Hangi, and Takerei Te Putu Ngatitaharua, Ngatitamatera Quekaharau. Commences on the South side of the Ohinemuri River, and runs Eastward to Ratapai; turns towards the North, and goes on to a swamp, and the end of the boundary of Huepakari at the Ohinemuri River, and goes along in that river to the commencement.
