NATIVE LAND COURT.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 28th day of
February next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hira Te Taka, Eru Pohe, and Te Rangiauna Te Uira, near Te Ara- tapu, Wairoa Commences at Okapakapa, and goes on to Koperepere, and along on the bank of the Wairoa River to Te Uira The boundaries are shown on the map
Maraea Pirika Ngai, and Pairama Ngutahi Te Tirarau Kukupa Te Kiriotupato No. 4, near Kaihu Te Kohuroa, near Wai- roa Commences on the boundary of Manga- rata, and goes on to the Mangonui River, and along in that river to the Wairoa River, and along in that river to the commencement The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed may be seen at the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Maraea Pirika Ngai, and Pairama Ngutahi Aoroa, near Manga- whare Commences at Mangaotara on the boundary of Kaihu, and goes on to Okahu and Aoroa, turns towards the West, and falls into the mouth of the Mahutu Stream, turns again towards the North, and goes on to Tikitiki, and returns along the boundary of Kaihu to the commencing point
Parore Te Awha, and Natana Repa Maraea Pirika Ngai Mangakerikeri, near Wairoa Mangaotara, near Kaihu At the mouth of the Mangaotara River on the upper side; it is a small block, and the boundaries are shown on the map
Maraea Pirika Ngai Te Kiriotupato No. 3, near Kaihu Commences at Te Kiriotupato, and goes on to Okahu, and Aoroa, then turns towards the West, and goes on to the mouth of the Mahutu Stream, turns again, and goes on to Tikitiki, and returns along the boundary of Kaihu to the commencing point
