CROWN PRINCESS GOLD MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Crown Princess Gold Mining Company (Limited), held on the 30th January, 1877, the following Special Resolution was proposed and carried:—
“That the Crown Princess Gold Mining Company (Limited) be wound-up voluntarily, under the 2nd clause of section 107 of the Joint Stock Companies Act of 1860, and its Amendments.”
And further, that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, on the 5th day of March, 1877, at the hour of 2 o’clock p.m.
