Value of Improvements to be added to Upset Price
of certain Lands in Westland.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority vested in
me for that purpose by the fifty-ninth section of
"The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," I do here-
by approve of the recommendation of the Waste
Land Board of Westland, that the value of the
improvements on the sections mentioned in the
following Schedule of lands to be put up to auction
by the Waste Land Board on the seventeenth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven, shall be added to the upset price of the said
sections.

As witness the hand of His Excellency this
twenty-seventh day of December, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.

ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment two acres, more or less, situate in the Town of
Pounamu. Bounded on the Eastward by Dobson
Street, four chains; on the Southward by Browning
Street, five chains; on the Westward by a straight
line parallel with the eastern boundary, four chains;
and on the Northward by Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, five chains, being Reserve
numbered 153 (in red). For a Reserve for School
Purposes.

and also Vaccination Inspector, for the District of
Foxton, as the same is defined in Proclamation of the
20th day of July, 1874, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, No. 39, of the 23rd day of July,
1874.

vested in this behalf by the twenty-second sec-
tion of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," I
hereby reserve the land in the Provincial District of
Westland, the boundaries whereof are described in
the Schedule hereunto annexed, and for the purpose
in the said Schedule specified.
