M.R.C.S. England, and L.A.C. London, hereby
give notice that I have this day, 20th January, 1876,
given notice to the Registrar of the Christchurch
District that I intend to make application on the
20th February, 1876, to be registered under the New
Zealand Medical Act, and that I have deposited my
diplomas with the Registrar in terms of said Act.

register the Cromwell Quartz Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company, under the provisions
of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”
- The name of the Company is to be the Cromwell Quartz
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Bendigo, in the Province
of Otago. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Melmore Terrace, in the Town of Cromwell, in the said Pro-
vince of Otago. - The nominal capital of the Company is seventy-six
thousand eight hundred pounds, in twelve thousand eight
hundred shares of six pounds each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand
eight hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares (if any) is none.
- The amount already paid up is sixty-four thousand pounds.
