NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same,
in each case, on or before the tenth day of March,
1876.

    church, 2 acres 3 roods 34 perches, part of Rural
    Section No. 29. In occupation of J. J. Fletcher.
  2. DAVID CLARKSON by Frederic Le
    Cren, his Attorney. - Town of Timaru, 1 acre 24
