I, HARGREAVES HALLIS HALLS HANSON,
of Ridgway Street, Wanganui, hereby give
notice that I have deposited my Diplomas as Licen-
tiate of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh,
and Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of
Endinburgh, with the Registrar-General of New
Zealand, this 21st day of October, 1876, for public
inspection, and that I intend to apply for due
Medical Registration on the 30th day of November,
1876. 578

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Golden Fleece Extended Quartz
Mining Company as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Golden Fleece
    Extended Quartz Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is Shiels' Line of Reef, near
    Murray Creek, in the Inangahua District, in the Province of
    Nelson.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Tainui Street, Greymouth.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is forty-eight thou-
    sand pounds, in forty-eight thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is forty-eight thou-
    sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is thirty-six thousand pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is George William Moss.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
