LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of publica-
tion of this notice in the Gazette.
CHARLES YATES FELL and ARTHUR
SAMUEL ATKINSON, of the City of Nelson, Soli-
citors as Attorneys for CHARLES PEARCE, Ap-
plicants.—1 acre, being Section "617" on the plan

TURNER GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED).
A
n Extraordinary Meeting of the Shareholders
of the above Company, held at the Company's
office, Wellington Street, Picton, on Monday, the
10th day of July, 1876, at which Meeting more than
two-thirds in number and value of the shares were
represented, a Resolution was carried for the volun-
tary winding up of the said Company. Now, all the
debts of the said Company having been liquidated, I
hereby declare the Company dissolved, pursuant to
the provisions of the 112th section of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1872."
