LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case before the 27th day of November, 1876.

WILLIAM TAPP and WILLIAM COLLEDGE.
-Allotment 39 of small lots, near the Village of
Onehunga, containing 5 acres. In occupation of
William Tapp. 1003.

WILLIAM AITKEN.--Allotment 278, Town of
Kihikihi, Parish of Puniu, containing 1 acre. Unoc-
cupied. Also Allotment No. 133, of the Parish of
Ngaroto, County of Waikato, containing 50 acres.

SAMUEL WILD. - Allotment 326, Parish of
Taupiri, Banks County, containing 50 acres. Unoc-

of Section 16 of the Suburbs of Auckland, containing

WILLIAM KEEGAN. - Allotment 99 of Subur-
ban Section 2, in the Parish of Pukekohe, County of
Eden, containing 10 acres. In Applicant's occupa-

WILLIAM AITKEN.-Allotments 104 and 113,
Parish of Pukete, County of Waikato, containing
100 acres. Unoccupied. 1015.

ROBERT DUFF.----Allotment 46 of Section 29
of the City of Auckland, containing 1 rood and 10
perches. Unoccupied. 1016.

NOTICE.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between Thomas
Field and George Edwin Field, trading in co-
partnership at Timaru, as Brewers and Maltsters,
under the name or style of "Thomas Field and
Son," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by George
Edwin Field, who will discharge all liabilities owing
by the said firm, and who is authorized to collect all
moneys due to it.

I, FRANCIS O'FLAHERTY, of Auckland, Licen-
tiate of the Apothecaries' Hall, Dublin, and
Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin,
Ireland, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply
to the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages,
Auckland, within one month from this date, to be
registered under "The New Zealand Medical Practi-
tioners Registration Act, 1867;" and that I have
deposited with him the evidence of my qualifications,
as required by law.

    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Grahamston, Thames
    Gold Fields.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Shortland Street, in the City of Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand
    pounds, in twenty thousand shares of ten shillings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand,
    being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is five thousand pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Francis Angus White.
