THE following Reports, received from the Cattle Inspectors for the Districts of Auckland Hawke's
Bay
Nelson North, are published for general information.

I have the honor to furnish the Cattle Inspector's Returns and Report for the six months
ending this date for the Province of Auckland.

SIR,— Devonport, Auckland, 30th September, 1876.
I herewith hand you Returns of all Cattle arrived at the Port of Auckland from Foreign Ports,
inspected, for the six months ending 30th September, and have the satisfaction to report that I believe the
Province and District of Auckland to be free from any infectious or contagious disease amongst either
horses or cattle.
