Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Owharoa, in the Ohinemuri
District, in the Province of Auckland, and Colony of New
Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the office of Thomas Horsbrugh, Brown Street, Thames. - The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen thousand
pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is fifteen thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Thomas Horsbrugh.
