HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint
WILLIAM FRASER, Esq.,
to be the Officer to carry out the "Regulations for
Occupation, for Residence, or for Business, of the
Block of Land within the limits of the Ohinemuri
Gold Field, known as Mackaytown or Reserve B."

Notice of Intention to withdraw Land from
Reservation.
PURSUANT to the Regulations for the Sale,
Disposal, and Occupation of Lands taken under
the provisions of "The New Zealand Settlements
Act, 1863," and "The New Zealand Settlements
Amendment and Continuance Act, 1865," and which
said Regulations are contained in the Schedule to an
Order in Council, made and issued on the 11th day
of May, 1871, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the 1st of June in the same year, it is
hereby notified that the parcel of land specified in
the Schedule hereto, and which land was, on the 8th
day of June, 1876, reserved for the purposes therein
mentioned, will, on the expiration of three calendar
months from the publication of this notice, be with-
drawn from reservation.

Description of Reserve.
PROVINCE OF TARANAKI, TOWN OF
CARLYLE.
All that parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement one (1) rood, more or less, be-
ing Section No. 18, Block XL., in the said
town. Bounded towards the North-east by
Sections 1 and 2 of the said Block XL., 200
links; towards the South-east by Section 17
of the said block, 125 links; towards the
South-west by Sections 19 and 20 of the said
block, 200 links; and towards the North-west
by Oxford Street, 125 links.

T. R. O. (Barrow-in-Furness), and King Street (South
Shields), will be abolished.
5. The Sub-Office at Ilkley (Leeds) will be made a
Head Office.
IRELAND.

The Money Order Offices at Elphin and Strokes-
town will be served from Castlerea instead of from
Frenchpark.
