General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
above-named Company will be held at the Com-
pany's Offices, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on
Wednesday, July 26 next, at three o'clock in the
afternoon, to confirm the following special resolution,
passed at the meeting of Shareholders, namely,-
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and
that Mr. William Henry Hargreaves, of Christ-
church, Auctioneer, be appointed Liquidator."

University of Pennsylvania, now residing in
Onehunga, do hereby give notice that I intend to
apply to John Muir Wayland, the Registrar for the
district, on the 1st day of August, 1876, to have my
name placed on the Register of the Medical Practi-
tioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I have
deposited my Diplomas and copies of the same, along
with this, in the office of the said Registrar in
Auckland, for public inspection, in terms of "The
Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869."

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the
undersigned, carrying on business at Westport,
as Blacksmiths, under the name, style, or firm of
"Franks and Macfarlane," is hereby dissolved.
The business will in future be carried on by the
undersigned Joachim Franks, on his sole account,
and he will pay all the debts of the late firm.
