TUTURUMATAKOUTU.
All that parcel of land in the Whangaroa District,
Province of Auckland, containing one thousand three
hundred and thirteen (1313) acres, more or less, and
called or known as "Tuturumatakoutu." Bounded
towards the North by land granted to J. Kemp, fif-
teen thousand seven hundred (15700) links; on the
East by the Kaeo River; on the South by the Waiari
River; and on the West by the Rakautao Creek, and
by lines two hundred and seventy (270) links, six
hundred and thirty-nine (639) links, one thousand.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the
Most Honorable George Augustus Con-
stantine, Marquis of Normanby, Earl of
