NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of
the United Landing and Shipping Company
(Limited), carrying on business in Oamaru, held on
the tenth day of January current, it was proposed,
seconded, and duly carried, "That the United
Landing and Shipping Company (Limited), be wound
up voluntarily;" and a meeting of the said Company
will be held on the fourteenth day of February next,
for the purpose of confirming such resolution, and
for the appointment of Liquidators.
Dated this eighteenth day of January, 1876.
