LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

N OTICE is hereby given, that ELIZA WOOD,
of Meeanee, in the Province of Hawke's Bay,
Widow, has made application to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Hawke's Bay, to be
registered as Proprietor of part of Suburban Sections
numbered 46 and 47, Meeanee District, containing
31 acres 2 roods 8 perches, as Devisee under the
Will of JAMES WOOD, Late of Meeanee aforesaid,
Gentleman, deceased; and that the said Eliza Wood
will be so registered as such proprietor, unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same within six calendar
months from the date of the publication of this
notice.

cine, Master in Surgery of the University of
Edinburgh, now residing at Anderson's Bay, Dunedin,
do hereby give notice that I intend to apply, on the
24th day of July next, to have my name placed on
the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony
of New Zealand; and that I have this day deposited
with the Registrar in Dunedin the evidence of my
qualifications, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners'
Registration Act, 1869."
