LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same within one calendar month from
the date of publication of this notice.

FREDERICK SMITH.-47 acres, No. part 4
of Rural 7, District of Waitohi Valley.

ALERED DOBSON.-4 acres 1 rood and 17
perches, part of Section No. 2, District of Omaka.
Bounded on the South by a line parallel with the
southern boundary of said section, and distant 1000
links therefrom, and commencing at a point distant
980 links easterly from the western boundary of
said section; thence northerly 991 links, thence
easterly 145 links, thence northerly 100 links,
thence easterly 200 links, thence southerly 100
links, thence easterly 75 links, thence southerly 991
links, and thence westerly 420 links to the com-
mencing point, and forming a rectangular block.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
