the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 24th day of June next.

EDWARD HENRY TATE and JOHN THOMAS
CARELESS, otherwise John Thomas Healey,
both of Timaru, in the Province of Canterbury,
having made application, as Devisees under the
Will of GEORGE HEALEY, late of Timaru, deceased, to
be registered as proprietors in fee simple, free from
encumbrances, of parts of Rural Section No. 6382,
in the District of Timaru, as the same is in the said
application more particularly described by reference
to the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Christchurch as No. 19, notice is hereby given, that
the Applicants will be registered accordingly, unless
caveat be lodged, forbidding the same in each case
on or before the 25th day of November, 1876.
