THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

less than thirty days before the commencement of
the next Session of the General Assembly of New
Zealand, and will, on or before the commencement of
the Session, be deposited in the Office of the Colonial
Secretary and in the Examiner's Office.

THE RAILWAY COMPANIES ACT, 1875.
N OTICE is hereby given, that the Plan and Book of
Reference of a Branch Railway, proposed to be
constructed through the Kaitangata Road District, in
the Province of Otago, by the Kaitangata Railway
and Coal Company (Limited), were, on the 3rd day of
May instant, deposited in the Office of the Registrar
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Dunedin,
and are there open to public inspection.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
N OTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM IORNS
and MARY ANN PERRY, claiming in copar-
cenary as heir and heiress-at-law of JOSEPH MASTERS,
deceased, late of Masterton, have applied to be
registered as proprietors of Section No. 96, in the
Town of Masterton.
And it is hereby further notified, that the said
Applicants will be registered accordingly, unless
caveat forbidding such registration be lodged at this
office on or before the eighteenth day of November
next. A diagram of the land referred to may be seen
at this office. 711.

register the Atlas Gold Mining Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provi-
sions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Atlas Gold Mining
Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Pakiraraho Block, Tairua
Gold Fields, District of Hauraki South. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Albert Street, Grahamstown, Thames. - The nominal capital of the Company is eleven thousand
pounds, in eleven thousand shares of one pound sterling each. - The number of shares subscribed for is eleven thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is John Leonard Whitford.
