THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
I, Michael Henry Hayden, do solemnly and sin-
cerely declare that-
- I am the Manager of the said intended Company.
- The above statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular; and I make
this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the
same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

I, HORACE GOOCH BUTTON, Member of the
Royal College of Surgeons, England, hereby
give notice that, I did in October last apply to be regis-
tered under the New Zealand Medical Act, and did
then deposit Diploma with copy with the Registrar
in Auckland, and also did then publish the notice in
Bay of Plenty Times.

TAKE Notice, that at a Special General Meeting
of Shareholders of the above Company, held at
the Offices, Colombo Street, Christchurch, on Friday,
7th April instant, the following Special Resolution,
passed at a Special Meeting held at the Offices on the
2nd March last, was confirmed, viz.:β"That the
Canterbury Meat Export Company (Limited) be
wound up voluntarily:" And that, at the same time
and place, the Shareholders appointed the under-
signed Liquidator.
