Auckland, District of Hokianga, containing one thou-
sand two hundred and fifty-seven (1257) acres or
thereabouts, called or known as Otangaroa No. 1.
Bounded-Towards the North-east by the Otangaroa
No. 2 Block eleven thousand two hundred and
ninety-five (11295) links; towards the South-east by
lines two thousand six hundred and twelve (2612)
links and ten thousand three hundred and thirteen
(10313) links; towards the South-west by Te
Takanga Block nine thousand seven hundred and
twenty-four (9724) links; and towards the North-
west by the Rotokakahi Block one thousand two
hundred and thirty-one (1231) links, six hundred
and fourteen (614) links, five thousand and ninety-
two (5092) links, one thousand seven hundred and
forty-three (1743) links, one thousand one hundred
and one (1101) links, and three thousand six hundred
and fourteen (3614) links.

OTANGAROA No. 2.

All that piece of land in the District of Hokianga,
in the Province of Auckland, known by the name of
Otangaroa No. 2, and numbered three thousand
two hundred and eighty-four (3284), containing by
admeasurement one thousand eight hundred and
twenty-six (1826) acres or thereabouts. Bounded-
Towards the East by the Otangaroa No. 3 Block,
twenty-two thousand and ninety-five (22095) links;
towards the South by a line eight thousand three
hundred and five (8305) links; towards the South-
west by the Otangaroa No. 1 Block, eleven thousand
two hundred and ninety-five (11295) links; and
towards the North-west by the Rotokakahi Block,
two thousand eight hundred and eighty-two (2882)
links and eighteen thousand seven hundred and
nineteen (18719) links.

OTANGAROA No. 3.

All that block or parcel of land in the Province of
Auckland, District of Hokianga, containing four
thousand eight hundred and seventy-six (4876) acres
or thereabouts, called or known as Otangaroa No. 3.
Bounded-Towards the East by the Otangaroa No. 4
Block, thirty-nine thousand and nineteen (39019)
links; towards the South by lines six hundred and
twenty-two (622) links, eight thousand and twenty-
nine (8029) links, two thousand six hundred and
thirty (2630) links, four thousand three hundred
(4300) links, and one thousand three hundred and
sixty-four (1364) links; towards the West by the
Otangaroa No. 2 Block, twenty-two thousand and
ninety-five (22095) links, the Awaroa No. 1 Block
six thousand three hundred and forty-six (6346)
links, and the Manganui-o-Wae Block eight thousand
six hundred and eighty-seven (8687) links; and
towards the North by the said Manganui-o-Wae Block
eight thousand two hundred and fifteen (8215)
links.

OTANGAROA No. 4.

All that piece of land at Otangaroa, in the
District of Hokianga, in the Province of Auckland,
known by the name of Otangaroa No. 4, numbered
three thousand two hundred and eighty-six (3286),
containing by admeasurement one thousand five
hundred and ten (1510) acres or thereabouts.
Bounded - Towards the East by the Manganui-o-
wae Block, three thousand two hundred and eighty-
three (3283) links, three thousand eight hundred
and twenty (3820) links, seven thousand three hun-
dred and eighty (7380) links, four thousand four
hundred and thirteen (4413) links, six thousand one
hundred and ninety-two (6192) links, one thousand
two hundred and sixty-five (1265) links, nine hundred
and fifty-nine (959) links, two thousand and two
(2002) links, and two thousand one hundred and
twenty-seven (2127) links, and by a line four thou-

sand and forty (4040) links; towards the South-east
by lines seven hundred and thirty-two (732) links
and seven thousand five hundred and twenty-four
(7524) links; and towards the West by the Otanga-
roa No. 3 Block thirty-nine thousand and nineteen
(39019) links.

NGAPIPITO.

All that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement eight hundred and
ninety-five (895) acres, more or less, being the block
of land called or known as Ngapipito, and numbered
three thousand one hundred and seventy-one (3171),.
situated in the District of Hokianga. Bounded-
On the North-west by lines four hundred and fifty
(450) links, one thousand four hundred and twenty-
eight (1428) links, five hundred and ninety-four
(594) links, and three hundred and fifty-eight (358)
links; towards the North by a line six hundred and
four (604) links; towards the North-east by the
Manohuruhuru Creek; towards the East by lines
three hundred and ninety-three (393) links, five
hundred and sixty-eight (568) links, and one thou-
sand one hundred and forty (1140) links, the
Ngapipito Creek, the Otaupea Stream, and by lines
three hundred and eighteen (318) links, one hundred
and twenty (120) links, and two hundred and sixty
(260) links; towards the South by lines one thou-
sand and forty (1040) links, five hundred and fifteen
(515) links, and three hundred and seventy (370)
links; and towards the West by a line one thousand
one hundred and ninety-nine (1199) links, the
Waikaru Creek, and by lines two thousand and
forty-three (2043) links, nine hundred and thirty-
one (931) links, and five thousand seven hundred
and sixty-eight (5768) links.

OKAKA.

All that block or parcel of land in the Province of
Auckland, District of Hokianga, containing nine
hundred and fifteen (915) acres or thereabouts,
called or known as Okaka. Bounded-On the North
by the Wahamarangai Block, one thousand one
hundred and fifty-three (1153) links, seven hundred
and twenty (720) links, one hundred and forty-eight
(148) links, four hundred and forty-four (444) links,
four hundred and nine (409) links, two thousand
four hundred and seventeen (2417) links, four
hundred and twenty-three (423) links, seven hundred
and two (702) links, five hundred and thirty-four
(534) links, two hundred and eighty-five (285) links,
one thousand (1000) links, and two thousand three
hundred and forty (2340) links; towards the East
by the Okaihau No. 2 Block, seven hundred and
three (703) links, one thousand five hundred and
five (1505) links, one thousand one hundred and
thirty-four (1134) links, two thousand two hundred
and sixty (2260) links, two thousand five hundred
and twenty-eight (2528) links, and one hundred and
eighty (180) links; towards the South by the
Okaka River, the Tourangatira Block three thousand
