  1. The designation of the Money Order Office in
    London at Kentish Town Road (No. 383), N.W.,
    will be altered to Kentish Town (3, Junction Road),

Notice of intention to withdraw Reservation from
Confiscated Land at Carlyle.

PURSUANT to the Regulations for the sale, dis-
posal, and occupation of Lands taken under the
provisions of "The New Zealand Settlements Act,
1863," and "The New Zealand Settlements Amend-
ment and Continuance Act, 1865," and which said
Regulations are contained in the Schedule to an
Order in Council, made and issued on the 11th day
of May, 1871, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the 1st of June, in the same year, it is
hereby notified that the parcel of Land specified in
the Schedule hereto, and which land was, on the 3rd
day of August, 1871, reserved for the purpose therein
mentioned, will, on the expiration of three calendar
months from the publication of this notice, be with-
drawn from such reservation.

Dated this 12th day of January, 1876.

INQUIRIES have been made for a person named
ROBERT LEIGHTON RENNINGTON,
who came to Napier in the "Schiehallion," in 1874,
but who was afterwards forwarded on to Wellington
(by agreement) by steamer, in company with Messrs.
Burke and Inman. He is of medium height, and
slight, is of a fair complexion, and is about 24 years
of age.
Any person possessing information respecting the
person above named is requested to communicate the
same to this office.
