LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each
case within one calendar month from the date of
gazetting this notice.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that CONRAD SAND-
BROOK SAXTON, of Stoke, in the District
of Waimea East, in the Province of Nelson, Esquire,
claiming as eldest son and heir-at-law of his late
mother, Mrs. PRISCILLA SAXTON, who died intestate
at Stoke aforesaid, on the twenty-first day of March,
1875, has applied to be registered as proprietor of all
that parcel of land containing 634 acres, more or less,
situated in the District of Waimea East aforesaid,
being Section numbered 67 on Square numbered 1
of the plan of the Province of Nelson, and that he
will be so registered unless caveat be lodged forbid-
ding the same within six calendar months from the
date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Dated this 17th day of March, 1876, at the Lands
Registry Office, Nelson, at which office the diagram
may be inspected.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
James West Stack, Edward Arthur Saunders Wyllie,
Humphrey Stanley Herbert Jones, and Prideaux
Francis Tancred, as Sheep-farmers, at Glendonald
Station, in the Province of Wellington, under the
firm of "Tancred, Wylie, and Co.," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE is hereby given, that I have registered
a Memorandum and Articles of Association
establishing a Company, with limited liability of its
Shareholders, intituled

"The Patea Steam Thrashing Company (Limited),"
the object of which is "the thrashing of grain, &c.,
by machinery, in the district of Patea, and doing all
such other things as are incidental or conducive to
the attainment of the said object;" and that I have
issued a Certificate of Incorporation of the said
Company, bearing date the 15th day of March, 1876.
