pany (Limited), as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is the New Arrow River
   Mining Company (Limited).
2. The place of operations is near Arrowtown, Otago.
3. The registered office of the Company will be situated in
   Dunedin.
4. The capital of the Company is four thousand shares of
   one pound each.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand
   shares.
6. There are no paid-up shares.
7. The amount already paid up is £1,218 15s.
8. The name of the Manager is Robert Rutherford.
