NOTICE is hereby given, that SAMUEL HER-
BERT STRONG, of the City of Nelson, in
the Province of Nelson and Colony of New Zealand,
Gentleman, claiming as the only son and heir-at-law
of his late father, SAMUEL STRONG, late of the said City
of Nelson, Gentleman, who died on the 3rd day of
May, 1875, intestate, has applied to be registered as
proprietor of 33 perches, part of Section 668 on the
plan of the said city, and registered in Volume Ic.,
folio 27; also of 24 perches, other part of said
Section 668, registered in Volume Ic., folio 368;
also of 100 acres, being part 2 of Section 144,
situated in Wai-Karo Valley, in the District of
Massacre Bay; also of 50 acres, being Section 136
on the plan of the District of Moutere; and that he
will be so registered unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same within six calendar months after publica-
tion of this notice in the Gazette.
