NOTICE UNDER "LAND TRANSFER ACT, 1870."

JOSEPH GLENDINNING, of Waikari, in the
Province of Canterbury, Farmer, as Devisee
under the Will of George Glendinning, late of Wai-
kari, deceased, has made application to be registered
as proprietor in fee-simple, free from encumbrances,
of Rural Section No. 7484, District of Waipara.
The Applicant will be registered accordingly, unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office
on or before the 16th day of September, 1876.
