NOTICE is hereby given, that a General Meeting
of the Shareholders of "The Queenstown Athe-
næum and Town Hall Company, Limited," will be
held at the Town Hall, Queenstown, on Friday, the
7th day of January, 1876, at 7 o'clock p.m., to pass a
Resolution confirming the following Resolution passed
at a General Meeting of the Shareholders of the said
Company held this day, at the said Town Hall,
namely,-
"That the Queenstown Athenæum and Town Hall
Company, Limited, be wound up voluntarily in com-
pliance with 'The Joint Stock Company's Act,
1860.'"

In the matter of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872," and in the matter of "The Long Drive
Quartz Mining Company, Limited."
Monday, the 13th day of December, 1875.
UPON reading the petition of the Manager of the
National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, a
creditor of the above-named Company, presented to
this Court on the twenty-fourth day of November,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, and the
affidavit thereto annexed, and the affidavit of Charles
John Gardner with the notice attached thereto; and
upon hearing Mr. Haselden, of Counsel for the
Petitioner, I do order that the said Company be
wound up under the provisions of the said Act; and
I do appoint Monday, the tenth day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, as a day for the General
Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Com-
pany, the said meeting to be held at the District
Court House at Reefton : And I do direct a copy of
this Order to be served on the said Manager of the
National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, and a copy
