IN pursuance and exercise of the power and autho-
rity in me vested in this behalf by the Regula-
tions for the sale and disposal of Waste Lands in the
Province of Westland, I hereby reserve the lands in
the said Province of Westland, the boundaries whereof
are described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, for
the uses of the Colonial Government, and other
public purposes, as in the Schedule is more par-
ticularly specified.

perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Stafford;
bounded on the northward by Terrace Street; on
the North-eastward by a line bearing South-east
