NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described is at present registered
in the name of Thomas Brunner, of the City of
Nelson, Esquire, who died in the said city on or
about the 22nd day of April, 1874, and will be trans-
ferred to Mrs. Jane Brunner, of the said city, the
Widow, Devisee, and Executrix of the said Thomas
Brunner, deceased, unless caveat be lodged forbid-
ding the same within six calendar months after the
publication of this notice in the Gazette.
