I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Waimate Gold Mining Company"
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be "The Waimate Gold
    Mining Company, Limited."
  2. The place of intended operations is at Orwell Creek, in
    the Grey Valley, Province of Nelson.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Camp Street, Ahaura.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand
    pounds, in six thousand shares of one pound sterling each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
    in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is 1,200.
  7. The amount already paid up is £1,200.
  8. The name of the Manager is Horatio Agars Walmsley.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are

register "The Hochstetter Hydraulic Gold
Mining Company, Limited," as a Limited Company,
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be "The Hochstetter
    Hydraulic Gold Mining Company, Limited."
  2. The place of intended operations is at German Gully
    No. 3, Nelson Creek.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Clifton Street, Ahaura.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen hundred
    pounds, in eighteen hundred shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is eighteen hundred,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
    the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is five hundred.
  7. The amount already paid up is five hundred pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Michael Henry Hayden.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
    are as follow:--

den and Ernest Somerset Bowden, of Christ-

been dissolved by mutual consent, and the said
business will be carried on by Mr. Ernest Somerset
Bowden.
