LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM HENNING MANSFORD, Gentleman; ROBERT WILSON, Merchant; and ROBERT BURNS, Surgeon, all of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, have made application to the District Land Registrar of the District of Otago to be registered as Proprietors of Sections numbered respectively 56,
58, 60 and 62, North-East Valley District; also,
of part of application numbered 1335, Block IX.,
North Harbour and Blueskin District; and also
of Sections numbered 31, 33, and 35, Block XI., of
the said last-mentioned District, as Devisees under
the Will of JAMES FORRESTER, late of Dunedin
aforesaid, Gentleman, deceased; and that the said
William Henning Mansford, Robert Wilson, and
Robert Burns will be so registered as such Pro-
prietors unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within six calendar months from the date of the pub-
lication of this notice.

Dated this 8th day of November, 1875, at the Lands
Registry Office, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN MCNEIL, of
Balclutha, Justice of the Peace, and WILLIAM
WATSON, of Dunedin, Coal Merchant, have made
application to the District Land Registrar of the
District of Otago to be registered as Proprietors of
Section numbered 14, Block IV., on the Map of the
Town of Balclutha, as Devisees under the Will of WIL-
LIAM RALSTON, late of Balclutha, Settler, deceased;
and that the said John McNeil and William Watson
will be so registered as such Proprietors unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same within six calendar
months from the date of the publication of this
notice.
