NOTICES UNDER LAND TRANSFER ACT.
THE following Applications have been made under
the Act:—
HENRY BROOMWICH and JOHN EDWARD
JACOMBS, as Devisees in trust under Will of
CHARLES PREBBLE, late of Christchurch, deceased, to
be registered as Proprietors of part of Section 839,
City of Christchurch, containing about 7 perches,
with frontage to Hereford Street.
FRANCIS CHARLES TIPPING and HENRY
MCCLINTOCK TIPPING, as Devisees in trust
under Will of FRANCIS HALL TIPPING, late of Ashley
Bank, in the Province of Canterbury, deceased, to
be registered as Proprietors of Rural Sections
14454 and 14455, Oxford District, in said province.
The Applicants will be registered as above unless
caveat forbidding same be lodged with the District
Land Registrar, at Christchurch, in each case, on or
before the 11th day of May, 1876.

of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, and Royal
College of Physicians, now residing in Port Chalmers,
do hereby give notice that I intend to apply to you,
on the 10th December, 1875, to have my name placed
on the Register of Medical Practitioners in the
Colony of New Zealand, and I have deposited my
Diplomas, along with this, in your office, for public
inspection, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners
Act, 1869."
