NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act,
1870,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case within one calendar month from the date
of gazetting this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
Hodgson Steel and William Seabright, as Publicans,
at Christchurch, under the firm of “Steel and Sea-
bright,” has this day been dissolved by mutual con-
sent, so far as relates to the said Hodgson Steel.
The business will henceforth be carried on by
William Seabright, who will receive and pay all out-
standing accounts.

Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869,”
I, Millen Coughtrey, Bachelor of Medicine, and
Master of Surgery of the University of Edinburgh,
also a Practitioner on the Medical Register of Great
Britain, do hereby give notice, that I intend to apply,
on the 18th day of November next, to have my name
placed on the New Zealand Register of Medical
Practitioners, and that I have this day deposited my
Degree-Diplomas with the Dunedin Registrar.

I, ROBERT WITHERS, Member of the Royal
College of Surgeons of England, at present
residing in Dunedin, do hereby give notice, that I
intend to apply to the Registrar of Births, Deaths,
and Marriages, at Dunedin, on the twenty-first day
of November next, 1875, to have my name placed on
the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony
of New Zealand; and that I have deposited in the
office of the said Registrar the evidence of my
qualification, in terms of “The Medical Practitioners
Registration Act, 1869.”
