the said Company may be wound-up.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order dated
the 20th day of August, 1875, under the hand
of His Honor Thomas Shailer Weston, Esq., Judge
of this Court, the said Company was ordered to be
wound-up under the provisions of the Act above
mentioned; and by the said order, Monday, the 20th
day of September, 1875, at 12 o'clock noon, at the
Court House, Westport, was appointed as the day,
hour, and place for holding a General Meeting of the
Creditors of the above-named Company.
