Notice of intention to make a Payment without
Probate of Money due to the late Henry Forward,
Bailiff, Temuka.
UNDER the provisions of "The Public Payments
without Probate Act, 1869," and the Regula-
tions made thereunder, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 1870, page 212, the Colonial Treasurer
intends to make a payment of money due the above-
named deceased, to a person not being his legal
representative. All persons objecting to such payment
being made must give notice to the Colonial Trea-
surer, at Wellington, within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette bearing this notice, when
their objections will be considered.
