JAMES LIVINGSTONE, the nephew and heir-
at-law of David Livingstone, formerly of the District
of Waimea West, but late of Suburban North, Car-
penter, deceased, to be registered as Proprietor of
Land containing 25 acres or thereabouts, in the Dis-
trict of Motueka, being part 2 of Section "197."
