THE following Acts, passed by the Provincial Coun-
cil, and assented to by the Superintendent of
Auckland on behalf of the Governor, intituled
"The Hospital Reserves Sale Act, 1875;"
"The Education Reserves Management Act
Amendment Act, 1875;"
"The Supreme Court Site Road Act, 1875;"
"The Supreme Court Site Leasing Act, 1875;"
"The Highways Act 1874 Amendment Act,
1875;"
"The Public Buildings Act, 1875;"
"The Appropriation Act, 1875;"
"The Appropriation Act, 1875" (No. 2); and
"The Sheep Act, 1875,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has not been advised to exercise his power of dis-
allowance with respect to the same.

"The Supplementary Appropriation Act, 1875,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has not been advised to exercise his power of dis-
