HILL TELFER, of Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, Pianoforte Tuner,
has made application to the District Land Registrar
of the District of Otago, to be registered as Proprietor
in fee simple of Section No. 8, I., on the map
of the District of Otokia, in the said province, as
Devisee under the Will of ALEXANDER TELFER, late
of Green Island, in the said province, deceased, and
that the said ALEXANDER HILL TELFER will be so
registered as such Proprietor, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same within six calendar months from
the date of the publication of this notice.
