caveat forbidding the same be lodged in this office by
some person interested in the land, in each case,
within six calendar months from publication hereof.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
lately subsisting between us, the undersigned
Henry Smart Hobday and Daniel Jobberns, as
Drapers, at Christchurch, in the Province of Canter-
bury, under the firm of "Hobday and Jobberns,"
was, on the 12th day of July instant, dissolved by
mutual consent, so far as regards the said Daniel
Jobberns, who on that day retired from the concern;
and that all debts due and owing to or by the late
firm will be received and paid by the said Henry
Smart Hobday.

five hundred pounds, in twelve thousand five hundred shares of

that an Increase in the Capital of the above-
named Company was, on the 12th day of July, 1875,
resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by raising the
amount of each of the 3,000 Shares existing in the
Company from £1 to £3 sterling.
