a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Gem Gold
Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operations is at Pakirarahi Block, adjoining
the Tairua Claim, District of Hauraki South, Province of Auck-
land, and Colony of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Owen Street, Thames. - The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand
pounds, in ten thousand shares of ten shillings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is ten thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
