THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
I,
the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Revival Gold Mining Com-
pany" as a Limited Company, under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Revival Gold
Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operations is at Murray Creek, in the Inanga-
hua District, Province of Nelson. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Central Broadway, Reefton, Inangahua District, Province of
Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand five
hundred pounds, divided into twenty-one thousand shares of
ten shillings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-one thou-
sand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of
shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is William McLean.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
follow :-
