a Member of Her Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Council; Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; at the Government House at Wellington, in New Zealand aforesaid, this twenty-
ninth day of June, in the thirty-ninth year of our reign, and in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the expiration of
fourteen days after the publication of this
notice in the General Government Gazette, I shall
issue a Provisional Receipt to ALFRED HENRY
PRICE, of Motuotaraia, near Waipukurau, Sheep
Farmer, for 1,000 acres of land in the Patoka District,
Hawke's Bay, described in the Provisional Register
Book, Vol. II., folio 127, in lieu of the original
Receipt of the Receiver of Land Revenue, Napier,
which has been lost.
