LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that RICHARD
WHISTLER, of Winkfield, County of Berks,
in England, Farmer, claiming as Heir-at-law of
George Whistler, late of New River Hundred, in the
Province of Otago and Colony of New Zealand,
Settler, deceased, has applied to be registered as pro-
prietor in fee simple of two hundred and seventy-
nine acres one rood nineteen poles, more or less,
being Sections 53, Block XIII., and 9 and 15, Block
XIV., all in New River Hundred aforesaid; and that
he will be so registered unless caveat forbidding the
same be lodged within six calendar months after the
publication of this notice.
