visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Golden
Treasure Gold Mining Company, Limited." - The place of intended operations is at Murray Creek, in
the Province of Nelson. - The registered office of the Company will be situated in
Broadway, Reefton, in the Province of Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is £12,000 in 12,000
shares of £1 each. - The number of shares subscribed for is 12,000, being the
entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount of paid-up capital is £6,000, representing the
estimated value of the mine at the present time. - The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
