all other the inhabitants of Our said Colony of New
Zealand, to be obedient, aiding, and assisting unto
you the said George Augustus Constantine, Marquis
of Normanby, or, in the event of your death, inca-
pacity, or absence, to such person or persons as may,
from time to time, under the provisions of this Our
Commission, administer the Government of Our said
Colony.
