In the Estate of T. R. FISHER, late of Nelson,
Merchant.

NOTICE is hereby given, that we declared a first
Dividend of two shillings and sixpence in the
pound on the 15th July last, and a second Dividend
of two shillings in the pound on the 19th October
last, and that we intend to declare a third and final
Dividend on the 1st June next, and all claims against
the Estate must be rendered to us before the 15th
May next, otherwise they cannot be recognized, as
we shall divide the balance of the Estate as above,
and hold ourselves discharged from all further respon-
sibility connected therewith.
