PROVINCIAL COMPULSORY LANDS TAKING ACT,
1866.
NOTICE is hereby given, that it is intended to
introduce a Bill into the Provincial Council of
the Province of Otago at its next Session, authorizing
the Superintendent of the Province of Otago to take
compulsorily, for the purpose of making roads in the
District of Portobello, parts of Sections numbered
respectively twenty-two (22) and twenty-eight (28),
Block numbered five (V.), Portobello District, and
in the District of Papakaio part of Land sold under
application numbered 2229, Block numbered IV.
on the map of the Papakaio District. And notice is
hereby further given, that a copy of the Bill so
intended to be introduced as aforesaid may be in-
spected at the office of the Clerk of the Provincial
Council, on and after the seventeenth day of April
next.
Dated at Dunedin, this eleventh day of March,
1875.
