NOTIFICATION UNDER "THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS WATERWORKS ACT, 1872."

NOTICE is hereby given, that, pursuant to the
powers contained in "The Municipal Corpora-
tions Waterworks Act, 1872," the Council of the
Town of Queenstown intend to construct Waterworks
for the supply of the town with water, and that Plans
showing by metes and bounds lands intended to be
taken or used for the purposes of the undertaking
are, together with a Book of Reference, deposited in
the office of the Council, and kept there for public
inspection between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
on Wednesdays and Fridays for three calendar
months from this date.
